Historic or public building
The restored castle ruins monitor the moisture level in the structure.

The historic building stands on the stone base of a semi-closed basement. After its extensive renovation, the new owner decided to take advantage of ecological trends, follow sustainability principles, and make the castle self-sufficient. Using hybrid solar cells, the building can generate electricity and also heat water for heating and personal hygiene. The owner also used wood in the renovation and decided to install the SENZOMATIC system mainly to extend the life of the building.
